CARACAL AEW MK.2 CONCEPT - AEWC in A DIFFERENT SYTLE

by ikansadinmknorang.......this got nothing to do with Lahad Datu pun....but it can be also

dulu2 dengar nak ambek embraer....tapi lepas ratus2 tahun...tinggal dengar je laa....

Since the gahmen and some politician are so kedekut to give money (takot rahsuah but actually wanted the contract) so RMAF  can buy and operate its so needed AEWC aircraft to coordinate and to provide intergration of information in the battlespace to units involve...especially to fighter aircraft....so here are a proposal from the SADINIA HEAVY INDUSTRIES AND EXTREME ENGINEERING on our own AEWC aircraft....

stovies dont have mega carriers like them US...so they cant have fixed wing AEW...so comes the
 KA-31

have heard of AEW helicopters....well if you guys never heard of it then you guys are not so pandai after all in the business of defence....hahahaha....NOOB

if you heard of it...then you must know Sea King AEW Mk.2 and Sea King ASaC Mk.7 kan....or the Kamov KA-31....

yes..in SADINIA...we provide solutions for air forces that have stingy budget by giving a simple...cost effective but at the same time have value for money for the operators...

we`re here not to sell the said AEW helos...hell no...we dont have contracts with BAE or even ROSOBORONEXPORT.....we only have balls and bulls....

the AEW Mk.2 came to picture when the Royal Navy got nothing to protect their fleet from engaging enemy aircraft...and this is evident when RN got into fight with the Argentinians at Falklands...with a number of warships and support ships being targeted and hit by Exocet missile....

during that period...the RN had no proper carrier...and had no carrier platform to operate the only fixed wing Fairy Gannet AEW aircraft...which also end up as a scrap because defence budget were cut cow2 by the parliament...

so came the AEW Mk2....a Seaking HAS helicopter that were converted and fitted with AEW radar to provide early warning to the Royal Navy warship of any incoming aircraft....

its not a rocket science....its an essence of apa pun boleh by the brits...

so they go on and until now still using the Sea King as AEW platform....

our variant will be different...using different helicopter and have AEW radar that not only support fleet operation but at the same time support our fighters....

henceforth the CARACAL AEW Mk.2 concept from MMP....

red means electronic equipments.....hahahaha

the CARACAL AEWC will be fitted with radar system similar to (or something like la) Erieye radar...located beneath the fuselage (because it uses phase array...so xde masalah)....just like the Kamov Ka-31...which in flight will be delpoyed...

a part from the main AEW radar...there will be a surface search radar placed on the main rotor in a dome...like the longbow radar on Apache attack helicopter....which will provide information to friendly units on surface targets...be it tanks...warships or ape2 yg berjalan atas tanah....

to comply with Electronic Warfare...there are also suits for ESM and ECM...included also are ECCM which protects Caracal AEWC from any electronic jamming from the enemy...

the only thing to remember is that the fuselage of the caracal is needed to be extended and strengthened so that it can carry it loads of electronic stuff....

that one airod can do meh...not so hard kan....hahahahhaa....(gelak ade makna)

this would be a cheaper solution but do packed a punch for the air force.....but if politisyen still bising2 about price and stuff...then i cant say anything lah...they have pawaaa....

hahahhaa

AIR TRANSPORTABLE MOBILE ROAD DECK AND RUNWAY MODULE - tis highway can fly

entri Highway thailand xde tol...ade aku kesah....

this is a photo showing an E2C aircraft landing at Chua Chu Kang stretch of highway (i might be wrong so correct me sir) circa 2008....many said we have such highway...but where is the training eh....

there has been talks about our highways can be used for emergency air strip in case the actual airstrip we have were gone by enemy air raids....

at first i dont really believe that we do have such a highway that can do that because....from north to south....our highways have dividers, trees, drains and lots of other obstacles which need to be removed first before it can be use as airstrip...

there are also those who said we do have a 1km long stretch of highway somewhere i dont know which is concrete made and have no obstacles....

wow....but then....i am not convinced....

see...Singapura also have the same highway/runway things and they always went into training every two years....they went out divert the traffic....deploy necessary air field related equipment like landing light etc...and have the highway sweeped for any FODs....before having various type of aircraft landing there....even the guys from the control tower went there to get a feel of how to handle aircraft in such a non airport way.....

question is....if we have that kind of highway then why there is no such training as i mentioned above.....ISN`T IT KINDA WIERD kan....

if we do have them then..(ok i bukan top brass)....then at least have a 2 yearly exercise where those involved will divert all the traffics....set up the highway in record time...have the essential equipment and material required to handle aircraft ready and have a few aircraft to land on it...with coordination from the mobile  air control tower.....then you will know how good or how bad are you and which part do we need to improve or to maintain...

if there is no training...then how do we know we are ready for it....kan2...simple logic

anyway.....

i leave that to the guys and brass on top to have themselves a headache.....because i can only cakap2 bising2 but the pawaaa are in the mantrey and jendral....i tegur sahaja as a rakyat.....

meanwhile inside the so evil mind of me....IKANSADINMKNORANG are working on something

im giving a solution that is viable and might work......

air transportable means it transport itself...not being transported by aircraft ok

here are the air transportable MOBILE ROAD DECK AND RUNWAY module......this baby is a six lane wide 1 km long air mobile air strip cum highway cum bridge deck....which can be use as emergency landing strip for various type of aircraft....as a bridge connection to where bridges were destroyed of as a result of strategic targeting by the enemy....

the MRDR module are fitted on a GE7500 VTOL engine module....giving the module an air transport capabilities....

yes...some might say this looks similar to the filem avenger punya aircraft carrier that flies and vanish tu kan....WRONG....

this is how it looks like basically....simple je...canggih2 mahal

the MRDR is mainly a stretch of road deck(s)....commonly found in bridge construction like the Millau Viaduct and the Stone cutter Bridge (go Google them you pemalas)....and easily available either in steel or concrete construction.

The road deck is easily assemble..by means of interlocking by using mega nuts and bolts or you can use pre fabricates concrete that can interlocks and fit each other or separate them into smaller module...

the only addition and the catch of this concept is the massive VTOL engine which are not yet available but the technology is maturing so it is possible to have that massive VTOL engine fitted on the road deck and have them fly in the sky...

so if anybody ask whether we have such highway to cater fast jets or massive transport aircraft where we have no runway......tell them we have the MRDR....

wahahahahaha......

p/s - boss said to me : Samy vellu said why we have to build highway for aircraft...we already have airport meh...

dafuq...now i know why....

Pencerobohan Lelaki Bersenjata Di Lahad Datu Sabah : PART 2

Malaysia Armed Forces electromagnetic spectrum operations part 1

ARMA JUDICARE CONSILIUM DARE" (To test the weaponry and give advice).
(writen by me for http://panggilanpertiwi.my

This is quite a delicate question because it is rather classified. Anyway if one comb the internet and reading reports and journals and forums you will found very little about it.

Let me share with everyone some info i got from WIKI.

Malaysia and Singapore jointly monitor the South China Sea electronically. It is reasonable to assume that the less sensitive aspects of SIGINT, such as Direction finding are part of that surveillance. Other sources include the Five Power Defence Arrangements (FPDA) of Australia, Great Britain, New Zealand, Singapore and Malaysia, which includes three members of the UKUSA alliance with strong national SIGINT organizations.

Spurred by terrorism concerns, the ASEAN states, in May 2002, agreed on an Action Plan that provided for enhanced cooperation in intelligence sharing and coordination of anti-terror laws. In August 2002, ASEAN and the United States issued a “Joint Declaration . . . to Combat International Terrorism," which was followed by an ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF) meeting on terrorism, to be jointly sponsored by Malaysia in the US. The US proposed that a regional counterterrorism training center be established in Malaysia. Accompanying the Anti-Terrorism Center is an intelligence-sharing agreement among Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, Cambodia, and Thailand, a first meeting of which was held in Manila in January 2003. An obvious question, without a simple answer, is how much SIGINT capabilities these countries have.

Also i would like to point out, unlike Australia and Singapore we rate our threat perceptions lower and we don't have huge military budget Per Se.

We don't. We spend modestly and we spend only what we need.

Back to topic, Malaysia do maintain extensive radio communications interception capabilities, and have been acquiring some modern ELINT/EW systems, but their deployment is relatively classified.

.....Also because of Singapore SIGINT thingy (mind you using Israeli state of the art COMINT, ELINT and EW systems for strategic, operational and tactical SIGINT mission) have been prowling over the Andaman Sea and along the western coasts of Malaysia, Thailand and Burma, with stop-overs in Rangoon and Dhaka and 'as far west as Pakistan' all year long..... Malaysia had to have quite capable Counter-SIGINT. But this is a different story.

To quote Admiral Abdul Aziz bin Haji Jaafar
The Malaysian Navy has developed our Electronic Warfare capability since the early 70’s. Our ships were equipped with all the three major element of electronic warfare namely Electronic Support (ES), Electronic Protection (EP) and Electronic Attack (EA). Nevertheless, due to technological evolution of the electronic warfare environment, we are continuously enhancing our capability with new programme and procurement. This will help us to be competitive and capable in the scenario you have painted.

Rejimen Semboyan Diraja are the premier army signal, communication and electronic warfare apparatus. They provide and maintain command and control communications for the Army.

93 REJIMEN SEMBOYAN PEPERANGAN ELEKTRONIK (93 RSPE)

This unit handle all aspects of electronic warfare as the proceedings of the policies and directions set by the Director General of Defence Intelligence and intelligence units.

One of its many duty are implementing plans to implement TTE "jamming" and communication security to support ongoing Malaysia military operation.

On the 15 July, 14 Malaysian personnel, from the Airforce, Army and Navy and industry graduated from the AMS Dundridge College. Since February they have received a full range of EW courses and completed their training by undergoing the Instructional Techniques course which will give them the necessary skills to teach their new-found knowledge to other students in Malaysia.

The school will be fitted with state-of-the-art laboratories and classrooms for teaching a wide range of EW operations and procedures. The laboratories will be furnished with an extensive equipment suite including the AMS Elusion EW Trainer, a radar simulator and a communications trainer. All classrooms will be networked and Dundridge College will provide courseware and lesson material.

MAF keep a veil of secrecy over the EW unit and its equipment and its strenght are unknown. Although it is rumoured that already MAF have 2 units of Fuchs (Fox) electronic warfare (EW) vehicles and three mobile analysis containers. READ HERE http://militaryofmalaysia.net/2013/02/aset-rahsia-tentera-darat-ke-sabah/

Allegedly MAF EW force will use the vehicles' sensor stations locate electromagnetic signals. They will also be able to quickly decode intercepted messages and send them to the containers for analysis by signals specialists before being sent to higher command levels.

Its mission are to intercept, locate, analyze and jam enemy communications as well as secure friendly communications.

Specifications

Length 6.83 metres
Width 2.98 metres
Height 2.3 metres/3.9 metres (with mast collapsed).

The height varies according to the type of EW installation mounted on the armoured vehicle, with a maximum of 3.9 metres.

Weight 17,000 kg
Motor Diesel
Speed 80 km/h

Sensor station

With its 19-metre high antenna mast, the sensor station can intercept signals from the airwaves across a large area. The station can then perform a technical analysis of these signals, which are used to create a picture of what is happening in the operational environment where the military personnel perform their duties.

Direction-finding station

The direction-finding station is a smaller version of the sensor station. In combination with another direction-finding station or sensor station, the direction-finding station locates possible transmitters.

Jamming stations

2 types of jamming stations, with which they can prevent the enemy from making use of the airwaves for radio and data traffic. The company uses the jamming stations in the frequency area where they want to disrupt transmission. The vehicles have tremendous transmission power which is capable of covering an enormous territory.

That said. This is just a rumours and no proof that this unit exist.

Malaysia Military Power

Secret military development, black project and special operation News. Not for the faint hearted. Given past revelations of previously top secret military technology programs there is a good chance that some 'black' projects somewhere tinker with advanced nanotechnology applications. But, you keepers of military secrets, relax. This Spotlight is not a piece of investigative journalism into the world of military black projects. ........ok almost all are fiction lulz....and dont you know?
