SU-90 MKM JUMBO Heavy Supersonic Transport
A JUMBO Heavy Supersonic Transport (HST) is a Sukhoi SU-30 variants designed to transport passengers at speeds greater than the speed of sound. The only HSTs to see regular service were SU-90 MKM JUMBO. The first passenger flight of the SU-90 MKM JUMBO was in June 2010, and were able to carry a company size troops over 10 000 miles distance at mach 2.
Heavy Supersonic Transport greater speed and efficiency over their conventional counterparts have made them objects of numerous recent and ongoing design studies. Drawbacks and design challenges are excessive noise generation (due to sonic booms), high development costs, expensive construction materials, great weight, and an increased cost per seat over subsonic transport.

Malaysia Extremely Long Range, Heavy Manned Bomber Programme
By tottis from Panggilan Pertiwi
The new bomber programme, the Extremely Long Range, Heavy Manned Bomber (ELRHMB) Concept calls for the development of a medium size airplane that combines the advantages of the newest tactical fighters with the strategic mission profile of a heavy bomber.
The envisioned result of this combination would be the design of a ultra-long range bomber with a high payload capability. This new aircraft would be able to destroy any target any time any where. The complete process of designing and data collection for ELRHMB would easily cost in excess of RM135 billion. The huge cost created furor and chaos in the parliament. Three MP dies of heart attack because of the shock, while 35 were handed to the police for sparring behind the curtain, and atleast 2 MPs were cought smoking while waiting for the scuffle to cool down.
Currently envisioned profile for this new bomber had it with a service range of 13,250 nautical miles without refuelling. The speeds the new bomber would reach, Mach 10, would rival that of the cancelled Valkarie Heavy Bomber. The fastest bomber ever designed. The weight specifications would be 1,350,000lbs fully loaded.

Still mulling Nuri replacement but the government will upgrade Nuri to a Supersonic Variant.
By tottis from Panggilan Pertiwi
edited: thanks to Rabun im adding the kabin!
THE government is still considering replacing the Nuri helicopters, the house was told yesterday. It had not decided on acquiring replacement for the ageing helicopters due to the current economic situation, said Deputy Defence Minister Datuk Dr Abd Latiff Ahmad. "We are still going over a few aspects to ensure that when the purchase is made, it will be worth it, especially since the helicopters are required to be equipped with search-and-rescue capabilities," he said when replying to Nizar Zakaria (BN-Parit) who wanted to know the status of the Nuri helicopters.
For the time being the government will upgrade the Nuri to a new airframe. With the help with the Russian, Malaysia are upgrading the Nuri to become a supersonic troop transport. The first prototype are already pass the flight trial and the whole Nuri Fleet are scheduled for the Upgrade.

The Mighty Ten Thousand!

" THIS BLOG IS A FICTIONAL ACCOUNT OF MALAYSIA ARMED FORCES"
Malaysian Armour: Scorpion II Recon Hover Tank (RHT)
After the induction of super heavy tank the Malaysian Armoured Corps were also requesting a substantial unit of hover tanks. Hence the development of Scorpion II RHT. They were considered very effective and flexible although the small RHT did not carry the heavy guns carried on many designsit still retained its older brother 90 mm canon and the yet RHT was also under armored.
Still, RHT were very agile and extremely maneuverable. Like most upgraded designs, the RHT is a an adhoc design. As with most designs, most of the weapon systems are from its predessesor to reduce development costs. The RHT is only operated in limited numbers within the 4 Mech in Kuantan but is still well liked by their crews. Like most RHT designs, there has been some criticism that a more conventional hover tank would be more effective.

Bunga Mas 5. Destruction Of Pirate Lair Somalia.
1500 ground troops, armour and heavy weapon were deployed for the assault.
Malaysia's MISC Berhad, in collaboration with the Royal Malaysian Navy (RMN) and the National Security Council (NSC), has successfully modified its containership Bunga Mas Lima into a RMN Infantry Assault Vessel for the purpose of destroying the Somali Pirate in the Gulf of Aden.
The project was undertaken following last year's hijacking of MISC's ships Bunga Melati Dua and Bunga Melati 5. Since the incident, RMN launched OP FAJAR, a assault mission, with the aim of total anihilation of Somali pirate and has since sent five ships, namely, KD LEKIU, KD SRI INDERAPURA, KD MAHAWANGSA, KD SRI INDERA SAKTI and KD HANG TUAH in support of that mission.
The Bunga Mas Lima, a 699 TEU containership, is the first Malaysian merchant ship to be modified as an Infantry Assault Vessel for TLDM. The modification work was carried out by Malaysia Marine and Heavy Engineering Sdn Bhd (MMHE), the heavy engineering arm of MISC, at MMHE's yard in Pasir Gudang, Johor.

Malaysia Military Power
Secret military development, black project and special operation News. Not for the faint hearted. Given past revelations of previously top secret military technology programs there is a good chance that some 'black' projects somewhere tinker with advanced nanotechnology applications. But, you keepers of military secrets, relax. This Spotlight is not a piece of investigative journalism into the world of military black projects. ........ok almost all are fiction lulz....and dont you know?
