Panggilan Pertiwi UCIS team are basically a freaking paintball team... A bunch of civillian military enthusiast running around in the jungle, shooting each other with special military marker (LOL).
Some may recognize these picture, so here we are. Anyway... our group have grown bigger and consequently come a need for a logo to represent us. So we designed a logo. The logo are so bad ass it cover up all of our noobness inside out. From now on we all look like a professional paintball player... LMAO.
....and last but not least my personal logo. This will make me invincible in battle.
It is basically a Malaysia Military Enthusiast Forum, most of us are civilian but there are huge number of the members are ex servicemen of the Malaysia Armed Forces Tri Service.... and some are even still in service in various unit. The discussion are in Malay language but feel free to use English, all members are brilliant and educated people (well minus the one that are not lol).
dont bother looking for MAF secret there, one of the mod are an ex Army Major (its true) who screened every post.
All in all its a free for all forum. Everyone are welcome!

In the real army UCIS is Unit Combat Intelligence Section or in Malay language Platun Risik Gempur

ReplyDeleteFor your info it is Unit Combat Iintelligence Squad formed in all Army infantry units ie RAMD and Rgr to replace its Tiger Pl.I was given the honour of the first UCIS Pl of my unit back in 1973.We did our RKK course at PLPK.To most members of my Pl UCIS means Umbut Campor Ikan Seluang cos tiap kali op mesti buat survival,mana tidak issue rats 10 hari tapi kena makan 15-20 hari.Salam

I hope any x-servicemen which happened serve the country long enough and see various country, its poeple and its tradition, should have write up biography or travelog that could tell people around him and new generation about his experience. It will enrich our collections of books and novel which sadly being ruined by monkey love story.

ReplyDeleteMil history is not the order of the day for most rakyat,what more the reading habits amongst rakyat are rather appaling.There were lots of articles and books written but the response were not encouraging at all may be because of above reasons.Nevertheless thank you for encouraging us to pen our experience for others to share with.

2. unit ini di ganti dengan Sniper.
3. UCIS biasanya ialah gabungan anggota2 infantri yang paling cekap dalam penjejakan dan biasanya diberi tugas yang paling bahaya.
