ReplyDeleteThe chief actually said the submarine can dive but due to the technical defect it is advice not to dive in order to rectify the defect.
dan lagi kita harus sedar kapal selam ni masih dalam sea trial lagi, belum operational. Jadi akan ada lagi defect yang perlu di cari dan di betulkan sebelum mendapat IOC.
perasmian aritu cuma wayang je.
Jangan cepat menjatuhkan hukuman dan kata 4.3 bil tu hangus, siasat dulu dan pikir.
